Match Fittings to Pipe & Flanges
A welded joint is only as consistent as its least-matched part, so the fitting, the pipe and the flanges should share grade and schedule. Buttweld fittings match the pipe wall so the weld prep lines up, and forged socket-weld and threaded fittings match the small-bore class. For the instrumentation side of a line, the instrumentation tube fittings carry the compression and ferrule connections. Ordering the fittings, flanges and pipe together in one grade keeps the whole line code-compliant and traceable to one certificate trail.
Quality, Certification & Testing
Every pipe fitting ships with an EN 10204 mill test certificate, heat-number traceable to the grade, with positive material identification and, on buttweld fittings, the dimensional and NDE checks the governing standard requires. NACE MR0175 documentation for sour service and third-party witness through BV, SGS or TUV are arranged at order stage. Common stainless fittings ship quickly; nickel alloys and super duplex are confirmed on enquiry. Send the type, size, schedule and grade and the quote comes back with the certification built in.
