Kalpataru Piping Solution is a certified Inconel 625 Tube Fittings Manufacture and Inconel 625 Tube Fittings Supplier of Alloy 625 Tube Fittings (UNS N06625 / WNR 2.4856) made from a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with remarkable tensile strength, outstanding corrosion resistance, high corrosion resistance at extreme temperatures and high weldability. The applications of inconel 625 fittings are commonly specified for challenging environments where reliability is paramount such as chemical processing, offshore and marine systems, aerospace and power generation.
Designed without the use of special tooling, Kalpataru’s compression fittings for Inconel 625 are precision double-ferrule fittings that ensure leak-free, vibration-resistant tube connections. Such Ferrule Fittings of INCONEL 625 possess outstanding fatigue strength and stress cracking resistance with high pressure and high temperature operation, thus ensuring the long service life and consistent performance in the operating environment. Kalpataru, as a Certified Inconel 625 Tube Fittings Exporter has stock of the same in Mumbai to dispatch in the domestic as well as international market. For the full Inconel tube fittings range, see our Inconel Tube Fittings hub or browse related Inconel 600 Tube Fittings.
All UNS N06625 Tube Fittings whether female branch tees, male elbows, union tees, connectors, reducers or any other components are traceable to heat and lot and supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates. Nickel Alloy 625 Tube Fittings have a PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) of over 50, which is much higher than duplex stainless steel and is the material of choice for harsh (aggressive) acid service, offshore seawater applications and FGD scrubbers where even super duplex grades are not adequate.

FAQ's About Inconel 625 Tube Fittings
Pressure ratings vary by size and design. For 1/4 inch tube at ambient temperature, ratings reach up to 10,200 psi. At 537 degrees Celsius (1000 degrees Fahrenheit), the 1/4 inch connection retains 3,570 psi rating under ASME B31.3. See the full pressure-temperature table above for all sizes and temperatures.
Widely used in offshore oil and gas, petrochemical plants, semiconductor manufacture, desalination units, aerospace components, nuclear facilities, and chemical processing systems.
Yes, fittings can be customized in size (1/16 inch to 1-1/2 inch standard; larger on request), thread type, wall thickness, and configuration based on project requirements.
Absolutely. Inconel 625 achieves a PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) exceeding 50, significantly higher than duplex stainless (PREN 34 to 40) and super duplex (PREN 40 to 45). This makes it the preferred choice where even super duplex grades are insufficient, including seawater, FGD scrubbers, and concentrated acid service.
Inconel 600 (UNS N06600) is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy optimised for high-temperature oxidation resistance and caustic service. Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) adds molybdenum (8 to 10 percent) and niobium+tantalum (3.15 to 4.15 percent), giving it dramatically better pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Inconel 625 is preferred for offshore, sour gas, and acid service; Inconel 600 is the choice for high-temperature furnace and nuclear applications.
The standard welding filler for Inconel 625 is AWS ERNiCrMo-3 (Alloy 625 wire), which provides matching composition and corrosion resistance in welded joints. Minimum interpass temperature should be maintained below 177 degrees Celsius to avoid carbide precipitation and loss of corrosion resistance.
Standard supply includes EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates with full chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and heat traceability. NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and NACE MR0103 compliance certificates are available on request. EN 10204 3.2 witnessed inspection can be arranged via TUV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyds, or SGS.
