Inconel 600 Pipe Fittings

Inconel 625 Pipe Fittings Supplier and Exporter in India

Kalpataru Piping Solution offers to supply Inconel 625 pipe fitting (UNS N06625) s which cater to a variety of industries like marine, offshore, aerospace, and chemical industry where chloride water from sea has significant properties that make it problematic to deal with due to the properties of alloys. Inconel 625 has molybdenum and niobium added to its nickel-chromium base which helps maintain high strength and resistance to corrosion.

The temperature range goes from cryogenic up until roughly 1350 degrees Celsius without the need to treat the fittings for age-hardening. Among the products we have we find elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, caps and stub ends which may or may not create seamless or welded butt weld. Furthermore we manufacture forged socket weld and threaded fittings which provide resistance to high pressure. All products follow ASTM B366, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.28 and MSS-SP-43 standards.

Additionally, the materials produced or offered by us meet NACE MR0175 and NORSOK certification in case such a requirement comes up. All the deliveries include certificates as per EN 10204 3.1/3.2. Based in Mumbai we have managed to acquire and store inventory throughout various areas of business and industry with which we have delivered various products. Please see a number of details

What Are Inconel 625 Pipe Fittings?

Inconel 625 pipe fittings are precision-formed connectors — elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, caps and stub ends — made from a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy strengthened by niobium. This combination gives Inconel 625 exceptional fatigue strength, weldability and resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater, making it the go-to grade for subsea and marine piping. Compared with our inconel 600 & 601 pipe fittings, Inconel 625 delivers meaningfully higher tensile and yield strength across a wider temperature range — from cryogenic service up to roughly 1350°C — which is why it commands a premium in aerospace, marine and high-pressure oil & gas applications.
