Brass Tube Fittings Types

Brass Tube Fittings Manufacturer, Supplier & Stockist

Brass is known to be a very common copper-zinc alloy in which the elemental composition may be modified to meet particular performance requirements. The brass tube fittings produced at Kalpataru Piping Solution are produced under the close monitoring of the chemistry so as to attain the required strength, machinability, and corrosion resistance. These fittings, besides their natural attractive golden look, are not only appropriate in functioning piping systems but also those whose beauty is important.

We make our brass transmission fittings to meet the international standards of ASTM B16 and ASTM B453. Brass compression fittings that are produced as ASTM B16 are very strictly tested in terms of tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, temper and chemical composition in order to provide the same quality and reliability. In the meantime, brass flare fittings that are ready for ASTM B453 are subjected to extensive dimensional checks such as shape, diameter, length and straightness.

ASTM B453 brass ferrule and inverted flare fittings are also tested on elongation and mechanical integrity. They can be supplied in soft annealed (O60), quarter-hard (H01), or half-hard (H02) tempers, which is why they are good when it comes to the precision machining needs. Hydraulic fittings are typically cold-formed by flaring, swaging, knurling, and thread rolling, and some types of brass instrumentation fittings are made by containing controlled hot-working.

Kalpataru Piping Solution will provide reliable brass fitting that will have long-term performance in various industries.
