Hastelloy Tubes Manufacturer, Supplier & Stockist
Kalpaturu Piping Solution company is a reputed manufacturer and supplier of high quality Hastelloy Tubes in India. High-performance nickel-based superalloy, Hastelloy, is a compound that includes molybdenum and chromium, which provides excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, as well as hardness and strength. Our tubes come in different industrial sizes, ranging from 3.35 mm OD to 101.6 mm OD.
We offer Hastelloy C276 Tubes & Pipe and Hastelloy welded tubes. Seamless tubes are made without joints to guarantee homogenous tensile strength of at least 690 Mpa and yield strength of 283 Mpa and up to 40 percent elongation. Welded tubes are made by welding sheets or coils and are used in high- and low-temperature uses. The tubes suit very well in heat exchangers, condensers, pressure vessels and piping systems.
We have Hastelloy Tubing, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8 in any schedule, thickness and length (up to 6 meters). The tubes are very ductile, machinable, cleanable and maintainable and have prolonged durability.
Kalpataru Piping Solution makes sure that all its products are in line with the international and national standards. Our customised shapes, sizes, and end finishes are also provided, such as plain, bevelled, and threaded tubes. The Hastelloy Instrument Tubing is ideal to use in ventilation and flow monitoring systems in industries.
