Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings Manufacturers in India
Copper-nickel, also known as cupronickel, is an alloy that consists of copper and nickel mainly with traces of manganese and iron. This alloy makes copper nickel pipe fittings very strong, non-corrosive and simple to make. These fittings are also excellent in thermal stability and moderately strong at high temperatures and thus can be used in the application of marine engineering, heat exchangers, condensers and oil refineries.
We are Kalpaturu Piping Solutions, which deals in copper nickel butt weld fittings with 25 per cent nickel, which are mainly used in the manufacture of coins, medals and other high-value applications. The 70/30 copper elbows are made of 70 per cent copper and 30 per cent nickel, and they enable the change of direction of fluid and gas flows. They are three-angle interchangeable in sizes, starting with NPS 1/2 up to NPS 48. The Cupro Nickel 90/10 Long Radius Elbows are made out of 90 per cent copper and 10 per cent nickel and designed so that they can be used in a variety of sizes, so that there is no leakage in the connections that may be on the industrial setups requiring this.
CUNI 90/10 tees are effectively known to separate or mix liquids using three holes and are available in female thread, solvent-weld and opposed solvent-weld forms. The 90/10 end caps secure the ends of the pipes, preventing moisture and mechanical damage during transportation or installation. Our team provides customers with high-quality copper nickel pipe fittings made of high-grade raw material and with innovative technologies in production.

People Ask About Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings Suppliers
Copper Nickel Pipe Fittings are corrosion-resistant fittings made from copper and nickel alloys, available in 90/10 and 70/30 compositions, suitable for marine, chemical, and industrial piping systems.
Common types include elbows (90° and 45°), tees, reducers (concentric and eccentric), crosses, end caps, and stub ends.
70/30 Cu-Ni has higher nickel content for superior corrosion resistance and strength, while 90/10 Cu-Ni is ideal for moderate strength and standard marine applications.
These fittings are widely used in marine, oil & gas, power plants, chemical, petrochemical, and industrial manufacturing.
