Inconel 625 Tubes Suppliers in India
Kalpataru Piping Solutions provides high-performance Inconel Alloy 625 tubes that were produced to ASTM B444 specifications of cold-worked seamless construction work. Based on this specification, there are two grades of Alloy 625 tubing. Annealed grade 1 seamless tubes are provided in order to provide good forming quality and corrosion resistance. Grade 2 tubes are supplied in solution-annealed form, which has greater strength and stability for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
The two grades must comply with rather limiting chemical composition limits and mechanical property criteria of ASTM B444. Tensile testing and yield strength testing are part of mechanical testing, which determines that every tube will provide consistency in its performance despite the level of difficulty in the surroundings. The values of the elongation might vary depending on the heat treatment, tube diameter and thickness of the wall. It is particularly so in tubes whose diameter or thickness is small.
Inconel 625 tubes are commonly used in marine systems, aerospace components, chemical processing equipment and high-temperature exhaust systems with high fatigue strength, high oxidation and chloride resistance and a much-needed long service life.
